But isn’t it their fault if they didn’t send you the Word format? That’s so mean of them though, people aren’t always in front of the computer, ugh!

They sent me the Word format late and I was away from the computer. It’s ridiculous, I can’t sit in front of the screen waiting for them to message me, and they didn’t even give me half an hour from when they sent the document to when they told me they’d chosen someone else. I guess translation is like this, but it’s annoying either way.
